Swimming Lessons Terms and Conditions
Payment Schedule
Full payment has to be made before the starting of swimming lessons.
All payments made are strictly non-refundable and in any case that you
cannot attend the remaining swimming lesson, it is non-transferable to
any third party
Lesson Schedule
Lessons will be conducted once a week with a duration of 45 to 60
minutes. There will be four lessons in a month and no lesson on the
fifth week unless requested by student. Charges apply.
Non-Refundable &
Non-Transferable
Once registration is confirmed there will be no refunds unless one
month notice is given to us in advance. Fees are not transferable to
any third party.
Termination
For the termination of swimming lesson, student has to serve one month
notice in advance.
Adverse weather &
Safety Precautious
On a bad weather day, the swimming instructor and the pool authority
reserve the exclusive rights to cancel the swimming lesson for safety
reasons. Once a swimming lesson has started and has to be cancelled due
to rain, there will be no make up lesson. However, land-drills
exercise, water safety theory or Q&A session will be conducted.
Therefore please attend classes regardless of the weather conditions
unless you have been informed that the lesson is cancelled. Lesson can
be conducted under drizzling rain.
Attendance
There will be no refund and make up class if student is absent or when
there’s cancellation of lesson due to bad weather. However if
lesson is cancelled by the swimming instructor, make-up class will be
arrange for the student.
Relief of Swimming
Instructor
Under any unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the rights to send a
relief swimming instructor if your swimming instructor is unavailable.
Temporary Discontinuation
One month notice has to be given for student who wants to temporary
discontinue the swimming lessons while away from holiday or for any
other reasons.
Swimming Equipment
Swim goggles, swim board, swim pull buoy, swim cap are the necessary
equipment a student should have for the swimming lesson. You may
purchase these products from us at a cheaper rate!
We will not be responsible for any claims regarding any injury, damage or loss of life while attending this course.
